Client Details

Our client is one of largest and fast growing food and drinks player in the travel retail space. The company has grown from a single restaurant to an organization that encompasses restaurants, bars, caf- s, banquets, corporate food services, outdoor catering, airport catering, lounge management and airline catering

Description

Reporting to the Group Head of HR your responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop and implement plans for Talent Development and engagement, with particular focus on Career development and career progression of the employees

- Work closely with the staffing team and employees to understand their skill sets and potential areas of strength and design + execute out of the box strategies to build talent management

- Create the framework for an efficient training & development module for talent development of -associates

- Handle the learning function end to end and help in building network with larger HR community

- Work closely with the staffing team and employees to understand their skill sets and potential areas of strength and design + execute out of the box strategies to build talent management

- Manage a team of four employees directly reporting to you.

Profile

- 12-15 years of experience in Talent management, Employee Engagement and Learning roles with exposure to and demonstrated competence in other functional areas

- In-depth experience in Talent management and Organizational development practices. Certifications in Talent Management /OD will be an added advantage

- Excellent interpersonal skills: able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence

- Excellent stakeholder management

- Premier B school background with a full-time MBA in Human Resources
