Job Description :
Talent Acquisition Handling the entire life-cycle of Recruitment
- Strategizing and administering the recruitment initiatives to meet set targets.
- Sourcing Candidates through Employee Referrals & Consultants.
- Appropriately judging candidates, experience and knowledge as per the requirement.
- Ability to market the company to potential candidates & salary negotiation.
- Meeting Recruitment Lead time, manage faster replacement & prevent opportunity cost loss
- Ensuring Recruitment compliance & Statutory Management
- Monitoring policy implementation and adherence
Talent Management :
- New Hire Orientation Programmes
- Confirmation process
- Implementing the entire exercise of KRA formation, submission, analysis and roll out of the performance and appraisal parameter
- Managing Performance Management System, an online annual appraisal system for employees across levels
- Establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System linking to Reward Management.
- Coordinating with functional heads and the employees for the smooth and timely completion of the appraisal system
- Employee Retention & Crisis Management
- Competency mapping
HR Operation :
- Employee communication & Engagement.
- Benefit administration - PF, Gratuity, ESIC etc. & Group Term Assurance, Group Medi-claim policy.
- Motivational Programmes for employees
- Maintain records like Joining, Salary, Attendance, Leave, Training, Performance Appraisals, and Reliving.
- Conduct In depth analysis of problems by performing need assessments using Organizational, Task & Personal Analysis
- Assisting employees on policy related issue
- Conducting Exit Interviews
Performance Management :
- Acts as Strategic business partner, employee champion end change agent.
- Assist in designing and managing Performance Management Landscape, Career Planning and Competency Management both for the senior leadership, middle and junior management.
- Conducting Compensation & Benefits benchmarking at inter unit level.
- Appraisal Impact Analysis - Pre Normalization & Post Normalization of the ratings.
Payroll Management :
- Computation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly benefits and Payroll totals for all the employees.
- Generation of reports for the management and the corporate.
MIS Reporting :
- Monthly reporting on region-wise data to HO on recruitment plans / achievement, Compliance, Attrition, HRIS, R-matrix, Employee engagement activities, & Employee satisfaction Index
- Database management and updation for the region
Associate Grievances Management
- Employee touch Programmes.
- Bridging the Gap between the Employee and Employer.
