Position - HR Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

- HR Head's key responsibility is developing and ensuring of strategy planning. Implementing of proper HR Policies with proper execution to support achievement of business.

- Proper alignment of talent pipeline and to ensure that right resources are placed and utilized on time

- Have to be focused on budgeting process and proper manpower planning.

- Goal setting processes has to be clear to all the employees in the organization. Feedback and appraisal has to be on timely basis with regards to employee's performance and their motivation is strengthened.

- Strategize and plan for important positions to be held in organizations. Ensure timely coaching is given to senior management like training and development or Learning and development. Make proper planning and development for right resource.

- Streamline the business process and proper implementation of policies in the organization.

- Ensure smooth and harmonious IR environment through proactive measures.

- Ensure employee engagement activity happens in the organization. Compare and review old and new policies so that we are on the same page with changing business trends.
