1. Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
2. Experience in handling Plant roles across industries during large part of his career
3. Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
4. Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
5. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
6. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
7. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
8. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
