We are hiring candidate for  FMCG company. Our requirement is that candidate must have exposure of plant hr and now into corporate hr role

1) Able to give direction to HR department

2) Strong in best HR practices

3) Managing people and ensuring higher level of productivity would be desirable

4) Business process orientation is expected and should scale it down to the complete HR department

5) Ability to anticipate the risk involvement in the hr department and take corrective action proactively

6) Strong in hiring right talented candidates to speed up growth
