Role:
- Build strong connect with sales team to effectively partner in building the right values based culture.
- Responsible for driving core HR processes efficiently and effectively with the sales team to create a healthy work environment.
- Ensure capability building for the sales team as per development needs & company priorities and create a performance oriented work culture
- Drive effective communication and engagement to ensure that the team is motivated to deliver.
- Manage Employee related Headcount, tracking, and expenses.
- Ensure Bench Planning and hiring of right talent to drive the sales agenda for the region
- Provide effective HR/ personnel/ administrative support to the regional sales team
- Ensuring Compliance with Statutory & Legal obligations by enforcing adherence to requirements, advising Management on needed actions.
- Initiating & implementing pro-active measures to ensure harmonious relations at plants, for-casting & anticipating requirements for further improvement in the work environment at plants & other locations.
- Guiding management by researching, developing and implementing Policies, Procedures, Methods & Guidelines. Communicating and Enforcing Organizational Values.
- Exposure to Plant HR and Sales HR
Qualification:
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Institute of repute.
Experience:
12 - 15 years post qualification work experience. Must have worked in manufacturing and sales setup.
