- Experience of expat Hiring mandatory. Minimum experience of 10 yrs . FMCG company background managing generalist role.
- Drive and enable a culture of innovation and a positive employee, manager and candidate experience
- Consult, coach and execute with the business to identify, develop and drive key human capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, and rewards and recognition.
- Analyze and communicate insights through the use of key talent metrics to provide guidance to the business.
- Partner and team up with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Strategically drive pay-for-performance including salary planning, promotions, resource planning and talent calibration.
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of engagement survey results, identifying trends and collaborating with leaders to identify and implement action planning.
- Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations; providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans
- Advise and execute on statutory, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, policies and procedural issues across India
- Action and results-orientation with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions quickly.
