Head - Human Resource - FMCG

An FMCG company wishes to hire a seasoned, sharp and promising HR professional as HEAD of HR for Indian operations.

He/she would be building the function in the organisation with a team of competent professionals.

The incumbent shall be spearheading :

- Talent Management and development functions

- Building the leadership pipeline

- Manpower planning & budgeting

- Comp & Ben function

- Ideate and lead Strategic HR projects

- Change Management & OD

- Championing Employee Engagement

- Responsible for interventions bringing about a better work culture

- We invite applications from only seasoned B School graduates with 10-15 years of post qualification experience

- Applicants must have worked in organizations of repute having robust systems and processes.

- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.

- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross functional teams.

- Should be open to handling specialist and generalist functions.
