Head - Human Resource - FMCD - TISS/XLRI/MDI/SCMHRD/IMT/IIM

We are looking for Head HR for one of the FMCD company based in Bangalore.

Education: MBA from Tier - 1 Only (TISS/XLRI/MDI/SCMHRD/IMT)

Exp: 12-15 Years

Age: Should be less than 38 years.

- Looking after the End to End HR for the organization of 1000 employees. The role reports to the CHRO. Experience of having worked in FMCG/Retail/FMCD in one of the career stints is essential.

- Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes.

- Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Heads. Drive HR Business partnering agenda for the company.
