Looking for a people & business savvy professional to join as Head-HR for one of our fastest growing fintech client based out at Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Performance management for all employees

- Setting up culture and policies

- Responsible for compensation and benefits administration for employees

- Responsible for HR Analytics - Reporting, Analysis (Manpower Cost, Salary cost, HR Median Salaries)

Must & Good to have:

- Preferred PGDM with HR specialization from a Premier Institute

- Any certification in HR Analytics, Compensation administration will be an added benefit

- Related work-experience of about 7+ years

- HR Generalist Profile

- Team Handling Experience

- Experience in preparing reports, MIS & other documents

- Experience in employee related events
