This company is an asset backed online lending start up, which is disrupting the traditional brick-and-mortar lending model. With substantial funding from leading PE investors, its headquartered in Bengaluru with offices in Chennai and Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for all the HR activities related to the organization.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its performance drivers in order to develop and deliver effective HR programs and practices
- Work with senior management to develop HR plans and lay the foundation of the company's HR practices
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Directing the strategic framework for training and development, performance evaluation, staffing, induction, talent planning etc
- Be responsible for recruitment and hiring requirements
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Qualifications / Experience
- 8-10 years experience in HR
- Candidates with some experience at a start-up are desired
- MBA in HR will be a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be updated on HR best practices in the industry
- Ability to build a team
