Head - Human Resource - Financial Services Startup

- Currently working on a Head HR position for a start up in Gurgaon, into Financial services.

- Accountable for providing strategic HR leadership and direction to the management.

- Work closely, and in true partnership with business leaders to drive organisational success through outstanding leadership, management, development, and support of human capital

- Experienced in devising and managing initiatives that reduce risk, manage compliance and improve operational efficiency, particularly in a high pace services environment.

- Successfully engage staff, team and management in a supportive manner with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills when leading from -within a team.

- Looking for only female candidates, with at least 15 years plus experience, any industry.
