Hiring Head HR for a leading Financial Services Company.

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Female Candidates Preferred.

Candidates for BFSI Sector Preferred.

Job Description :

- Heading the HR functions of the organisation.

- Providing people management advise and solutions

- Create HR Strategy for Talent Management & Development.

- Being a trusted advisor to managers and employees in resolving employment issues in a fair and consistent manner

- Developing, interpreting and implementing relevant employment policies that promote the firms culture and reputation

- Developing and facilitating education and training on effective management practices and firm policies

- Managing activities like Recruitment & Retention, Exit process, Payroll Management, Training & Development and Employee Relations.

- Statutory Compliance's / Labour Laws

Candidate Requirement :

- Good judgement and strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

- Strong communication skills

- Coaching and mentoring managers and employees

- Drive and determination to help the firm be a best in class organization

- Demonstrating understanding of people issues in the region

- Should have experience in HR Generalist Role.

- Candidate with experience as HR Business Partner will be preferred

- Should be able to handle the entire HR Gamut

- Should have 8-12 years of experience in HR

- Must have strong experience in people management.
