Candidates Profile :

- PG Qualification in HR, from recognized institutions.

- With post-qualification experience of 18-25 years of Corporate & Plant HR & IR experience including EPC organisations.

- Proven performance Track record of Strategic & Operational initiatives in handling similar responsibilities as above at Senior managerial levels with dynamic & reputed Manufacturing corporate, known for continuous expansions, Diversification, international JV's, pioneering initiatives in implementing latest in processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practices etc.

- Couple of years at relevant managerial level with independent Corporate responsibility
