POSITION - HEAD HR
REPORTEE : team of HR professionals.
LOCATION :- HYDERABAD ( Corporate )
CTC : 20lac to 24lac p.a. ( depending upon current package, experience, education )
JOB DESCRIPTION ( in short ; indicative ) :
- Heading HR for all lines of Business nationally.
- Managing a team of HR professionals spread with a Pan India span of control.
Recruitment:
- End to end sourcing responsibility from strategy to delivery for employees recruited every year in the different lines of business across India.
- Marketing mapping for key senior level roles & headhunting with or without vendor support.
Performance Management:
- Design, deliver & administer best in class & attractive career progression frameworks for employees in all lines of business.
- Constantly revisit and tweak the progression frameworks to keep them in line with market & performance trends, cost assumptions & organizational goals to increase top/bottom line.
Compensation, Incentive & Retention Frameworks:
- Incentive design & delivery for all lines of business along with sales planning team.
- Designing of Long Term Incentive Plans to ring fence segments, talents from time to time.
- Compensation Surveys - from Job matching to Report Analytics for all Sales employees.
- Ad hoc Compensation Studies, Deferred Compensation Schemes and compensation structuring.
- Employee Relations & Legal Strategies pertaining to HR
- Creation & maintenance of the statutory compliance framework across the country including vendor management & audits.
- Manage the ER governance framework, escalation & resolution matrices.
- OD / Talent Management & Learning & development / Training
- Designing & delivery of Assessment & Development Centers
- Talent Segmentation using Performance & Potential matrix
- Pen Portraits & IDPs
- Leadership & people capability development
- Succession Planning
- Learning & coaching Interventions for Talent Pool.
- Talent development through training need identification & implementation of the training calendar nationally for all lines of business.
Business HR:
- Organization Structure Modeling. As & when required, Working with a renowned external consultant for futuristic structures for the organization.
- Job Descriptions documentation
- Job Evaluation
- HR Planning & Budgeting
- Compensation Surveys and job matching
- HR Analytics
- Strategic Presentations, MIS & Reporting.
- Interacting with higher management, board & other executive level stakeholders in the organisation.
REQUIREMENT :
Similar profile ( National Head or equivalent ) from EDUCATION / e-learning / ANY SERVICE INDUSTRY . [ Candidates from manufacturing industry, pls don- t apply ].
- MBA mandatory.
- Exposure in handling senior management stakeholders in the organization will be the key. Good exposure in handling & implementing L&D programme in previous organizations will be preferred as well.
