About our Client : Our client is a Multinational corporation in the university education industry. With a track record of investments that have created strong university brands across the world, they have been present in India for the past few years. They are currently looking for a Head HR to lead the employee base for one of their most recognized university names in India . This role is based out of Delhi.

Job Description: Reporting to the CEO, you will manage an experienced team of HR professionals with your main responsibilities including:

- Leading and driving any organizational change affecting people across the university locations.

- Overseeing probation management, ensuring that managers agree objectives and are regularly reviewed.

- Facilitating annual People Review meetings with the leadership team, including the identification of high potential, high risk and low performing staff.

- Creating appropriate Team Development plans

- Advising on pay levels for India region, including salary benchmarking and structure.

- Supporting the regional teams with specific employee engagement initiatives while leading global HR projects and initiatives -depending on relevance to the local context.

The Successful Candidate :

- You must be a HR professional with at least 10 years of experience in a generalist business partnering role with a Multinational organization in the services industry.

- You should posses the tact to deal with an employee population of a diverse type and seniority of experience.

- Working knowledge of and experience managing talent management functions such as learning and development, succession planning and performance management is a must.

- A track record of building strong, effective teams of people with excellent interpersonal skills will be critical in your success in this role.
