Qualification:

The candidate should be a MBA post graduate from Premier B-Schools with 8+ years of experience.

Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Performance Management : Design the PMS process for the business.

- Variable Pay Policy : Design the Variable Pay policy for the business.

- Manpower Cost : Own and manage people cost for the business

- Job Banding: Define job bands and relative organization structure

- Recruitment : Own recruitment for all positions

- HR Policies : Define and implement all people policies

- HR Operations : Define, own and manage all HR Operation processes

- HR Strategy Creation and Review

- Balanced Scorecard Finalization for Senior Leadership

- HR Audit

- HR Management
