We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who would lead the HR function for a B2B marketplace leveraging technology to deliver the fastest harvest-to-retail in the industry.

Their constant endeavour is to help farmers generate more revenue and businesses supply the freshest fish and seafood to their customers. They achieve this with deliberate efforts to build a data and deep tech driven platform to power our supply chain.

Must-haves in the candidate:

- A PG degree in HR from tier 1 institute

- Experience of working in a Startup or ecommerce company

- Experience of setting up HR systems & processes from scratch

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the culture and constantly strive to maintain the best

- Ensure growth and development of every employee in the organisation.

- Managing complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities

- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.

- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of skills.

- Coordinating & organizing internal & external training programs. Developing skills as per defined standards.

- Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.

- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management

- Managing the Compensation & Benefits function

- Creating Rewards & Recognition system

- Drive all employee and workplace-related events and programs

- Design and execute all employee related communications

- Be a champion for all our employees and support them wherever needed

Qualifications & Experience :

- Must have experience of setting up HR systems & processes from scratch in a Startup or ecommerce company

- Should have experience of hiring Engineers for Technology company

- MBA with 7-13 years of HR experience with dynamically growing organizations.

- Hands on person who can create the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.

- Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.

- Self-motivated and highly organized with sound knowledge of HR systems and Labour Laws
