Position is based at Delhi

Education MBA from IIM or ISB or XLRI or from tier 1 MBA colleges is compulsory.

Job Profile is as Under

1. Shape Business Strategy, Build Capability and Drive Growth.

2. Work with business leaders to develop business strategies.

3. Forecast Talent Needs and Address Talent Gaps.

4. Drive HR Strategies, Frameworks, Systems, Policies, Processes and Best practices to set industry benchmark.

5. Build talent and capabilities to make out of the box product.

6. Tap networks of existing employees and lead recruitment team to get on board the right fit to ensure creation of a high energy and high performance culture.

7. Drive OD, L&D, Employee Relations and Performance Management.

8. Create a collaborative environment and a culture of continuous process improvement.

9. Build a leadership pipeline at all levels to ensure seamless and explosive growth.
