One of my eCommerce client is looking to hire a dynamic and highly motivated Head of Human Resources to join their team in Bangalore, India.  The Head of Human Resources will sit on the leadership team and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that provide for an employee-oriented, innovative and high performance culture. The role will be expected to help drive empowerment, quality, productivity and goal attainment.  Experience : 10-12 Years  Position Description :Human Resources  Strategy:  - Work side by side with business partners to develop detailed business strategies. Identify and research key human resources issues; contributing information/data, analysis, and recommendations to support organization strategic thinking and direction.  Business Partnership:  - Build solid and trusting relationships with partner groups and across the organization. Obtain a thorough understanding of the business to translate the strategic and tactical business plans of client into practical HR/people-oriented strategic and operational plans.  Employee Relations:  - Work in conjunction with management teams and employees to coach and facilitate problem solving. Develop, implement, and administer employee relations programs that will contribute to a positive and progressive work environment.  Training & Development:  - Partner with the functional leadership to identify common development needs and implement training strategies that support the company's strategic plans and culture. Facilitate in-house development programs and assist in ensuring training objectives are in place for all employees.   Recruitment & Staffing:  - Manage employment related activities, including candidate selection, to support business objectives. Manage recruiting staff to define job profiles to ensure equal opportunity for all employees which support business objectives, source and interviewing candidates.  Performance Management:  - Lead the performance management process to ensure employees and managers are trained on the performance management tools and work with management and staff to facilitate accomplishment of goal setting and development plans.   Organizational Planning & Development:  - Function as an objective consultant to management with regard to organizational issues which impact people, including organizational structure, managing change, promotions, job title rationalization, career and succession planning. Facilitate planning meetings and discussions where appropriate.  Desired Skills and Experience  Critical Skills Required  - Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.  - Manage and develop a HR team for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.  - The ability to travel independently and communicate / work well cross-culturally.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to develop and earn the trust of others.  - Hustle: experience in fast paced operations environments like of Ecommerce.  - Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement  - Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.  - Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions.  - Demonstrated ability to coach senior leaders.  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.  - Skilled at developing and executing high volume staffing strategies for peak, seasonal needs. Basic  Qualifications and Experience:  - Master's Degree in HR or MBA  - 10+ years of experience in HR leadership role  - Experience in the development and administration of HR compensation plans  - Experience in organizational design and effectiveness  - Experience managing performance  - Experience with assessing talent  - Knowledge of and/or ability to learn multiple country employment laws  - Experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS Preferred Qualifications  - Start-up experience and leading larger teams through change management
