Our client is a fast-growing consumer retail brand based in Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the entire gamut of HR and to provide strategic guidance to drive growth, excellence and development
- Partner with leaders to understand the business strategy and develop the HR strategy, policies and systems accordingly
- Be the face of HR amongst investors and the board, build confidence and credibility for the function and add value to business
- Set up and establish an HR delivery model that will support the growth and development of the business, in line with the company's vision, values and culture
- Build and lead a high caliber HR team
- Design, monitor and review all talent programs (TA, total rewards, PMS, TM, L&D, HR ops etc.)
- Develop robust and sustainable HR frameworks for better efficiency and effectiveness
- Design a strategic and impactful performance management system to create a high performing culture
- Drive rewards to attract and retain high performing and high potential talent
- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention
- Ensure a high degree of compliance at an organizational level on people related matters
- Ensure technology is effectively employed for effective HR service delivery
Skills & Experience :
- 7-10 years of strong HR experience
- Strong knowledge of compliances and employer branding
- Proven experience in setting up/ build-out
- Should be hands on with a strong ability to deliver
- Ability to weigh in on business decisions in which talent can be the difference between success and failure
