Head - Human Resource - Consumer Internet Firm

Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end HR activities,large part of the role will be into talent acquisition

- Should have experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development etc.

Desired candidate should have :

- Min 7- 12 years of experience. Preferably from a Tier 1 institute

- Good communication skills and a pleasing personality
