- Should have managed HR role with an organization of 2000+ employees
- Creating & revising job descriptions, conducting surveys, Developing, performance management systems & strong employee relation
- Ensure Recruitment and Selection of Personnel for Critical Positions within the Business Group
- Ensure adherence to PMS guidelines and timelines
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employees relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Ensure smooth Industrial Relations across plants and resolving employee grievances
