HR Head - Job Description
1. Role & Responsibility :
a. Head the HR function
b. Streamline/Improvise existing feedback process. Includes project site visits to take feedback of consultants
c. Design & implementation of training processes (need identification, design of training modules, identification of internal/external trainers, execution process, etc)
d. Recruitment
e. New joinees induction & training
f. Salary (including bonus) structure
2. Qualification & experience :
a. MBA in HR from XLRI or TISS
b. Experience of 1-2 years in a leadership role in HR function (preferably in a consulting firm)
3. Office location:
a. Thane
