Head - HR - Lead HR for the organisation - Strategic role in improving HR practices - Provide a strong HRBP support to the leadership - Drive and implement HR tools for good HR practice - Manage and support HR teams in delivery - Drive PMS as a strong concept in HR - Provide Strategic & effective HR support to Stakeholders - focus and improve hiring processes for new hires - work with HR team across locations of the organisation in India - The role reports to the COO - Will have 3-4 direct reports across locations - Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR - The incumbent needs to have a strong exposure to work with Senior leaders as this role will have that as a regular feature - This role will require a strong understanding of a partner based environment, and manage the dynamics and leaders expectations
