A cutting edge technology-based construction service provider with offices in India and abroad is looking for a Head of HR to establish the company's corporate culture, set HR processes and systems and work closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- (S)he will imbibe Culture in the company - by finalizing with the Board as per Business need and planning & executing various initiatives across departments, locations & tiers of experience (from Entry-level right till Sr. Mgmt.) over the next 3 (three) quarters
- (S)he will institutionalize innovative talent management system with Talent Attraction/Selection Process/ Talent Pipeline & Acquisition practices, including measures related to campus, freshers & lateral hiring over the coming 2 (two) quarters
- (S)he will conduct Skill Mapping & Gap Assessment to identify training & up-skilling programs for all departments as per Business need during the coming 1 (one) quarter
- (S)he will implement Holistic performance measurement system that is simple & efficient and promotes meritocracy during the coming 1 (one) quarter
- (S)he will ensure that measures outlined above and other own initiatives enhance Talent Retention after the next 3 (three) quarters over their current levels and continually uplift the company's standing in - Great Place to Work- or Gallup or other related surveys
Qualifications
- 10-15 years experience in HR
- Practical experience of implementing strategic HR programs and processes in a small company environment especially during the growth phase will be a plus
- Experience in an innovative business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition will be further valued
