Client : MNC Client in chemical manufacturing

Description

Reporting to the Global HR Head you will be responsible to lead HR & IR activities for the manufacturing sites based in India

- Prepare the manpower budgeting, planning, and forecasting

- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level

- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources

- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance

- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training

- Manage any IR issues

Profile

- As a successful candidate, you should have 12-15 years of experience in HR with strong exposure in Industrial Relations

- Hands on experience in Training and Development

- Excellent people management skills and charismatic personality

- Experience in managing multi-sites
