Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of Human Resource function and processes
- Enable Organization success through Human Resource Management, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement/ Employee Benefits etc.
- Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Organization strategy and goals
- Drive Talent Acquisition function and support current and future Organization needs
- Timely revision of HR Policies and Manual as and when required.
- Report to the Management and provide decision support through various HR metrics.
- Manage HR Liaising and Statutory Compliance requirements as applicable
Candidate Specification :
- Proven work experience with Ed Tech/Education Sector / any other sector
- People-oriented and result-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems, best practices and new areas of initiatives
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Qualification :
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes with 8-12 years' relevant experience in handling various HR functions.
