Head - Human Resource - Building Material Industry (Telugu Speaking)
- Collaborate with senior management to define the organization's long-term mission and goals.
- Identifies key performance indicators for the organization's human resources and talent management functions.
- Monitors the organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Ensures adherence to employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standard human resources management processes.
- Compliance with all internal policies and legal standards.
- Effectively structure delivery programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Work with technical team to design, integrate and implement human resources software systems for better efficiency.
- Research and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
- Cultural transformation and organizational change are required based on operational needs to improve human resource capabilities.
- Maintains awareness of legislation, regulations, and best practices related to labour law, human resources, and talent management.
- Develops and implements organizational staffing budget and human resources & Admin budget.
- Plans and executes day-to-day operations for administrative and liaison activities
