Required HR Head for a boutique CA consulting firm based out in Colaba, Mumbai. Its one of the top premium Consulting firms in India.

Experience Required: 8 Years+

Qualification: MBA from a good institute.

Industry: Candidates from Consulting industries or Similar Industries.

The person will directly report to the Co - Founders of the firm. Will be involved in formulating and implementing the HR policies by discussing with the partners. Must have done hiring for CA/CWA/CS/CISA/DISA/MBA for Audit role.

- HR Policy formulation & Implementation

- Providing inputs to Partners on HR initiatives

- Direct interaction with Senior Management

- Identification, recruitment & retention of talent

- Meeting the recruitment targets.

- Ensuring quality of hires, without compromising on speed through in house team & search agencies

- Active utilization of social sites for attracting talents across all levels

- Visiting campuses for recruitment

- Organizing training & learning initiatives

- Mentoring of employees

- Implementation of HR Software

- Performance management

- Employee engagement
