Head - Human Resource - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a Head HR with one of our clients based out of Mumbai. Our client is in the financial services industry mainly in commodity.

The company is growing big and they have plans to hire huge numbers. The Head HR will be responsible for all HR gamut of activities. The candidate should be hands on and be able to work strategically in building the organisation for future. He will be responsible for resourcing & development, talent management, capability building, employee relations, C&B, HR compliance & business partnering.

He will be dealing with stakeholders, advising and coaching on performance management, providing advice & guidance regarding compensation decisions and collaborates with Reward. He will be working very closely with Senior Leadership.

We are looking for a senior HR professional with 15-20 years of experience (ONLY Pedigreed candidates passed out from TISS/XLRI or tier 1 institute).

The candidate should have worked in a large established organisation in the past or grown some sort of business in BFSI/Retail/Manufacturing/FMCG or any company/industry which is into heavy distribution.

WE ONLY NEED MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE.
