- Accountable for HR line activities during the life-cycle of an employee, for Travel FNA (Finance and Accounting) and Shipping & Logistics Verticals

- Assessment of organization structure and succession planning

- Assessment of compensation structure, along with innovation and execution of R&R programs

- Drive compliance of monetary payouts as well as work ethic

- Implementation of Performance Management

- Creation and execution of the Learning Strategy

- Ensure that the Executive Leadership Team is prepared for future by ensuring Talent Engagement and Retention programs as well as Capability Building

- Provide BU-specific skills and overall leadership-oriented development and training infrastructure

- Responsible for driving the overall People Strategy and delivery of people practices by close liaison with Operations and Business Partners

- Keep business updated with HR MIS & Analytics - trends and statistics

- Partner with Operations for client presentations and new deals

- Facilitate favourable work environment through continuous connect and engagement with leadership as well as ground workforce
