Summary:
- Thought leader who establishes the link between the organization's business and people strategy to lead organizational change and growth
- This role strategizes, leads, directs and develops policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
Desired profile:
- MBA/PGDBM-HR or Post Graduation in any other specialization
- 20-25 years of experience with at least 10-12 years Human Resource management in a design or leadership role
- Knowledge of various HR areas such Compensation and benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition etc enough to provide oversight
- Know-how of HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and Learning Management System) software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred but not compulsory
