Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manpower planning, Budgeting, Recruitment and induction.
- Formulation and Implementation of HR policies & good practices.
- Work with the BU management to ensure effective execution of the incentive plans. Advice on the rewards and recognition framework .Roll out the recognition programs for the high performing employees
- Track and analyze the quality of performance regularly and work with the BU management to improve output. Coach Managers on effective performance management practices. Ensure a fair and effective performance appraisal process.
- Review and facilitate organizational processes related to joining, confirmations, transfers, exits, separations and settlements.
- Succession planning, Skill mapping, Competency mapping, and Organization development etc.
- Employee grievance handling, counseling and conflict resolution.
- Identify developmental needs Roll out the capability development programs
Required Skills & Qualification :
- MBA with 15+ yrs of relevant experience from Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Functional expertise with in depth knowledge of Human Resource Management
