Head - Human Resource - BFSI

This is regarding an interesting and a meaty assignment of a HR Head role, with an esteemed NGO, headquartered in Kolkata, which single-mindedly concentrates on creating digital livelihoods at scale for youth from India's disadvantaged communities across India.

Responsibilities:

- Driving and heading the HR operations.

- Designing various strategic HR interventions.

- Support the other directorates in developing process for improving HR recruitment, performance management and grievance management.

- Designing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.

- Designing & developing framework for strategic recruitments.

- Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.

- Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirement.

- Succession Planning.

- Competency Mapping.

Requirements:

- Leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.

- Vast span of experience in the HR space.

- Ability to think and plan innovatively in fast racking recruitment process for filling up the vacancies at all levels.

- Ability to think conceptually and strategically and play an advisory role for the organisation.

- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.

- Excellent communication skills required.

- Experience in the social sector preferred.
