Our Client is one of the growing MNC bank in the region and is looking for HR Director to work closely with the Local and Global stakeholders to help ensure their human capital resources are sufficient to support the business plans. Role Reports into the India Head of HR
Responsibilities will include:
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Being able to operate independently, develop and execute new ideas and strategies
To qualify for this position will require:
- At least 15 years experience within HR within a global organisation
- Experience of working with senior business managers
- Experience in facilitating the development of an organisation
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in a similar role
