Client Details :
Client is a 45 year old company in the B2B chemical manufacturing space. With 4 manufacturing plants and a R&D centre they have plans for rapid expansion of their market. Currently their markets include Africa, Middle East and Bangladesh
Description :
- Maintain healthy Employee Relations for smooth functioning of the corporate office as well as plant to achieve organizational goals
- Responsible for HR budget preparation and monitoring
- Plan and implement Employee welfare & Engagement activities.
- Design and implement employee retention plans.
- Ensure timely and fair performance appraisal for all employees annually, including confirmations as and when required.
- Design & conduct training program to meet individual & plant needs to achieve plant objectives
- Participate in Plant associated audits for HR activities.
Profile
- 5-8 years experience in manufacturing industry
- Hand on experience in Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits as well as Operations
- Good management capabilities
- Experience in managing senior and diverse stakeholders
