Position : Group HR Head

Location : Andheri, Mumbai (Applicants from Mumbai ONLY will be considered)

Reporting directly to the Chairman, the head of HR will spearhead end to end activities of HR like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, OD, T&D etc.

Team: Managing a PAN India team of -50 to 60 HR professionals

The role encompasses :

- The entire life cycle of business partnering, corporate senior talent acquisition, stakeholder management, talent development and talent management with specific emphasis on rolling our corporate programs such as: performance management systems (PMS), performance development methods and processes, career growth management, top talent management, succession planning, talent reviews, identifying high potential etc.

- Defining and developing HR policies, programs and practices to create and maintain a high performing place.

- Providing business partner leadership to management and staff on all aspects of employee engagement.

- Partnering with all business leaders and enabling their success through HR support.

- Adept with all compliance related areas

- Rolling out the corporate HR policies.

- Essentially, this role requires roll-out of multiple corporate HR initiatives across functions and geographies.

Personal Characteristics :

- High energy level with business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Possess a continuous improvement mentality - able to challenge the way things are done today. Preference would be for someone who has some amount of prior experience in establishing systems, processes and change management.

- Proven experience of guiding and coaching a senior management team; proven credibility of operating at a senior level

- Self-driven, Decision making

- Highly developed time management skills with the ability to manage and deliver business solutions.

Candidates having exp in diverse industries would be preferred.
