Location : Faridabad
Experience : MBA HR (from reputed Institute) around 20 years of rich experience.
- LLB / B.E. (Mechanical) Will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement HR Strategy in alignment with the business strategy.
- Management of Labour Union & their issues.
- To achieve 100% statutory compliance under various Labor Laws to minimize the legal risk to the organization.
- Develop and maintain congenial Employee Relations. Through effective communication and a strong grievance redressal mechanism including redressal of disciplinary and misconduct cases.
- Organizational Development & Culture building.
- Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Performance Management System (PMS).
- Manpower Planning and Cost Center Planning.
- Improvement of Employee morale & HR Initiatives.
- Administration Management.
- Employer Branding.
