The position will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes including operations and industrial relations (IR) across its business in Asia Pacific region. The incumbent will partner with Business Heads and senior management to set business strategic directions in managing, engaging and leveraging their workforce, in order to facilitate achievement of business and organizational objectives. Incumbent will work closely with Global HR team to conceive and contribute to new programs and initiatives that can be applied across corporation. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Direct the deployment of human resources strategies at across business units and all locations, ranging from talent acquisition & retention, capability building, succession planning, employee engagement, employee value proposition, communication initiatives, to ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives. - Build leadership pipeline by identifying critical capabilities required, aligning with business needs and finalizing frameworks / methodologies. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, design initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction and retention throughout the employee lifecycle. - Ensure positive and harmonious work culture and compliance to statutory norms through proactive policies and practices. - Lead Business Excellence initiatives, Quality practices and innovation / breakthrough improvement programs by providing guidance and inputs in order to build organizational capability and enhance internal efficiencies. - Support Commercial (Sales) organization to drive change in go-to-market strategy. - Partner with global HR team to provide guidance and inputs on HR processes, policies, and systems across international locations and acquired entities. - Build one Actylis across geographies to align with the company's existing culture. - Develop and execute strategies to improve internal branding of the organization and deliver employee value proposition.
