The Head of Human Resources is expected to work closely with the executive management team. Job Description - Formulating and implementing best in class HR practices and sustainable HR policies - Implementing and standardising of employee life cycle processes and policies across all locations in India - Manage end to end affairs of corporate teams and oversee the labour relations at plant and warehouses - Consulting with the business leadership team for business issues and innovative HR solutions - Driving cost and manpower productivity across Business Units - Supporting the delivery of end to end HR services across the business - Driving performance management and developmental programs for capability development - Actively supporting and influencing change management to ensure internal HR transformation - Lead functional and company-wide initiatives related to HR and improve the health of the organization while contributing to efforts that shape and evolve the business culture - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations - Maintain HR systems, employee files, processes, and work toward improving systems through automation and simplification - Review and maintain the company's employee handbook by keeping policies up to date Desired Candidate profile You come with 10-12 years of experience as a Generalist HR in the FMCG / FMCD space with an MBA in HR from a reputed business school. You are well versed with Industrial Relations matters and Labour Laws and are also exposed to a matrix environment. You are a dynamic go getter, have managed teams and are extremely proactive as an individual to drive employee engagement internally. You must have excellent communication skills coupled with stakeholder management and are looking at taking up the next challenging role in your career.
