We are looking for Head HR and Admin for a Leading MNC based in Gurgoan. Experience - 15 years plus. Industry - EPC/Infra/Construction (preferably coming from an MNC). KRAs: 1. Contribute to the development of the strategic and annual business plans for the People function and deliver on the operational HR initiatives in India. 2. Develop a pipeline of talent ready to meet the strategic needs of the business. 3. Provide functional leadership of the HR function within India to ensure consistency in the implementation of HR initiatives across the region. 4. Provide expert advice on operational HR and Office Administrative matters to the Keep up to date knowledge on work health and safety matters 5. Delivering a zero-tolerance approach to safety and a culture where - safety is everyone's business 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company business standards, processes and Group policies, including but not limited to the Company Market Disclosure and Communications Policy and the Company Code of Business Conduct. 7. Source, develop and retain high performing employees. 8. Demonstrate a clear purpose and direction for the HR and Office Administration function, inspiring people to believe in themselves and the future. 9. Create a collaborative team environment, ensuring a whole of business perspective is adopted across the function. 10. Foster strong, productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, Business Unit HR teams, HR centers of excellence and other key stakeholders. 11. Understand the business and internal client needs.
