- 10-14 years; Roles and responsibilities will be (but not limited to) Driving the HR and TA functions in the company

- Define and implement best practices for people operations.

- Working with HR team to look at various functions like performance management, appraisals, employee engagement, onboarding, HR processes, legal etc.

- Strategize about people thought process - create an annual roadmap that helps the organization achieve its business goals.

- HR business partnering experience in an unstructured, fast paced environment is a must.

- Understanding of technology functions in a corporate setup preferred.

- Work closely with business Leaders, understand their challenges and empower them to drive their functions with maximum efficiency

- Create a learning & development framework for the company

- Work with the TA team to create best practices in the recruiting function

- Create recruiting strategies that can help us achieve long-term hiring targets

- Create processes that enable the TA team to meet business hiring objectives in a timely manner, while keeping quality in mind

- Mentor, motivate and drive the team

- Be the guardian of our culture - understand the culture and implement methods to reinforce and propagate the culture within the company

- To be successful in this role, you should be seasoned HR professional with experience in both HR generalist/ and recruitment. Have prior experience in managing/leading teams.-

- Have worked in a fast-paced startup environment, have empathy towards people, have oodles of passion, drive, and energy to match that of the team! Be Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements/processes. Possess the ability to influence people and be focused towards employee satisfaction. Must have 10 years of work experience in HR domain.

- Prior hands-on experience in recruitment. Minimum 6 years with Product Organization. Exposure to creation and implement of various HR functions in past jobs.-

- Be a people person and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of business, be able to lead teams.-

- Build new approaches/programs to continually improve: People Operations, employee experience, and administrative efficiency

- Advise VP of People + Places and VP of Engineering on employee issues, a creation of new employee programs, organizational development

- Work with VP of People + Places to translate company vision/culture to employees, including developing/fostering the evolution of company culture.

Requirments

- 8+ years Business Partner/HR Generalist experience in roles of progressively increasing scope. You don't need deep experience in all the areas listed above, but you must have strong employee relations and exposure to professional development initiatives, performance, and talent management processes, learning/OD, manager training, D&I and culture building

- Comfortable with the in-depth executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence


- Bachelor's Degree/PG in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
