HEAD - HRIS - SuccessFactors Manager, (HR Applications), this is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of critical business processes and projects. The incumbent is responsible for end to end implementation of HR related projects. Responsibilities : - Ensure smooth implementation and running of critical business processes including SuccessFactors Employee central, Employee/Manager Self-Service, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll integration and related modules; - Work closely with HR team to understand the business requirements and to provide solutions; - Ensure the documentation of As-Is and To-Be business processes, application setups and configurations, application architectural design, development, system testing, issue logging, root cause analysis, resolution and provide update to Management; - Responsible for end to end implementation including requirements analysis, time/effort estimates, solutions design, development, testing, deployment; roll Out and User Adoption - Liaise and follow through with other functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolving issues; - Any other assignments from time to time. Skills & Experience: Skills: - At least 8 years' of implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors system - Experience in HCM Modules such as, Core, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning - Experience in writing interfaces between Successfactors HCM and 3rd party systems. Has worked on creation of integrations using the Successfactors integration cloud platform. - Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage; Performance Goals: - Ability to multitask and work independent in a dynamic environment; - Analytical and detailed as well as good planning and organizing skills are required traits; - Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, sensitive to team dynamics & cultures; - Good written and verbal communication skills - Team player.
