Head - HR Systems
Job Responsibility:
Set up responsibility: The incumbent will be responsible for setting the entire HR Systems function from scratch
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the HR technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Product Mindset: Approach HR technology implementations with a product mindset, focusing on usability, functionality, and scalability to enhance the employee experience.
System Selection and Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR systems and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining integration and data integrity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and priorities, providing guidance and recommendations on HR technology solutions.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize HR processes to leverage technology solutions effectively, driving efficiency and improving user experience.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in HR systems implementation and strategy, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Education: Master's degree from a tier 1/2 institute preferred, with a focus on HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Set up Experience: Experience in setting up (multiple implementations from scratch) in a previous organization
Product Mindset: Demonstrated experience approaching HR technology initiatives with a product mindset, focusing on user experience and scalability.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable HR technology initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive insights
