- The HR HR Site - India should understand the business well enough to be able to articulate the people risks and issues within the business.

- The role reports to the Head of HR, Tech,and is responsible for the planning and execution of HR products/services with emphasis on aligning products and services to Group People Priorities and driving change agendas related to people and talent.

Leadership & Teamwork:

- Develop internal and external networks - bring internal / external insights to ensure market intelligence is provided to support HR in being more effective and efficient.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR colleagues and HR Service Delivery teams balancing challenge with support and delivery.

- Facilitate opportunities for connectivity across the HR function leveraging expertise, deliver effectively for the entire team, avoiding duplication, shared good practice, simplifying processes, reducing bureaucracy, improving data quality issues and driving shared accountability.

- Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence.
