Our client is a new-age technology company with it's core strength in products. A leading Indian multinational, they are a global leader in their field. Moving aggressively into both solutions and services within the industry, the company is now a key player in the country's technology infrastructure modernisation initiatives and is growing rapidly through both expansions and acquisitions.

We are seeking a focussed high-energy professional to consolidate and Head HR Shared Services for the company. You will be responsible for service delivery across all HR processes (pay & benefits, engagements and communications, IT, helpdesk, compliance management, knowledge management, admin for HRM).

Responsibilities for this role include: -

- Lead service delivery initiatives across HR processes and ensure implementation of processes and policies designed at the organization level

- Plan, monitor and control pay & benefits administration, HR transactions processing and compliance management for Sterlite Tech

- Develop and manage the HRMS technology and helpdesk platform for implementation of all HR functions in the organization

- Maintain an effective employee engagement platform through effective employee communication

- Manage Administration of CPO office as per desired service standards

- Institute mechanisms and strategies in place to ensure implementation of best practices and knowledge sharing to establish and maintain a high performance working environment

- Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance

Candidate Profile

You should be an MBA, with 12 - 15 years of experience as an HR Generalist Role, and managing HR shared services for a global company. Familiarity areas must include pay & benefits, compliance management, IT technology, Training, in a large shared services set-up with multi location operations. Prior experience of setting up performance matrices and tracking delivery is essential.

This is a transformational leadership role that requires a hands-on approach and an ability to understand micro issues while implementing macro objectives. You will need a - process- mindset along with entrepreneurial zeal to ensure that the company achieves full potential.
