They are on a growth trajectory and looking for a dynamic leader to head their shared services in NCR.  Description  Reporting into the Head HR  - Lead, guide, support and develop India HR Shared Services team in order to deliver an exceptional level of service focusing on, but not limited to, on-boarding, employee life-cycle transactions, payroll and other HR generalist functions   - Lead the charge on continuous improvements and the delivery of seamless HR services to the organisation  - Develop and maintain effective, collaborative, collegiate working relations with all staff and key stakeholders together with partnering and supporting HR colleagues  - Develop, analyse, maintain, update and revise all HR policies, manuals, forms and documents  - Work with COEs to define efficient process flows for new HR policies and programmes to be deployed and provide feedback regarding effectiveness  - Keep current on new and pending legislation and regulations and take timely and appropriate action to ensure HR regulatory compliance for India  - Develop, revise and prepare regular and requested statistical reports and metrics, including but not limited to, hiring statistics, turnover, ratios, time to hire, FTE and headcount - relevant data as may be required by the business in order to achieve growth targets  - Ensure adoption and maintenance of latest HR Technology   - Maintain and Develop HRMS/HRIS data input  Candidate's Profile  - Should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in HR   - Should be from a Shared Service or Captive Setup only with an excellent focus on upcoming technologies  - Should have hands on experience in managing and developing HRIS and HRMS  - Should have managed payroll and HR operations for more than 5 years   - Should be assertive and strong with stakeholder management  Job Offer  The opportunity to be a part of one of the largest retail brands in the world is on offer for the right candidate
