Head - HR Shared Services - Manufacturing/Automobile

A leading client is looking for a Head of HR Shared Services for Bangalore location.

This position combines strategic oversight of People Operations and Shared Services. The primary objective is to devise and execute strategies that elevate the employee experience, streamline People processes, oversee People data and analytics, foster continuous improvement and automation, and drive organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the HRSS function within the Organization.

- Streamline and optimize HR processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure timely service delivery.

- Employee experience through digitalization and process changes.

- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance both employee and manager experiences.

- Supervise selecting, implementing, and maintaining People technology systems, including HRIS, self-service portals, and case management tools.

- Manage the Shared Service Centre as a central point of contact for employee inquiries, People-related requests, and issue resolution.

- Lead change initiatives related to People process improvements, technology implementations, and organisational changes.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven leadership experience in People Operations or Shared Services, covering various People functions and processes.

- Strong process optimisation and efficiency mindset.

- Project management expertise across multi-skilled/multi-disciplined teams.

- Proficiency in People technology and data-driven decision-making.

- Change management expertise.
