Head HR - Shared Services - Financial Services Captive

- Reporting into the head of HR, you will head end to end HR Shared Service, managing various Indian and global stakeholders

- Lead the shared services practice for the organization

- Drive and manage end to end HR activities and HRMIS

- 16 to 20 years of experience with global companies in consulting/ shared services set up

- Solid and in depth understanding of HRMIS and strong team management skills

- Ability to work with multiple vendors to drive solutions

- Strong analytical and solution oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
